Douglas Davis
Doug completed 35 years of service to Intel Corporation and retired in 2019. His most recent responsibilities included the initial formation and strategy of the automated driving business as Senior Vice President of the Automated Driving Group. Prior to that, he served as the SVP of the Internet of Things Group where he was responsible for the embedded computing business and alignment of IoT technologies across Intel. Davis also held various other senior management roles where he led large international divisions, managed a large wafer manufacturing site, and also initiated new business divisions with significant growth, among many other accomplishments in his career. Robert K. Green
Bob worked at Husch Blackwell (“Blackwell”) from 1987 to 1989 before going to Utilicorp United Inc., later known as Aquila Inc. He returned to Blackwell in 2003 as senior Counsel. As a former Fortune 100 chief executive officer in the energy industry, Bob has extensive experience in capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, and regulatory and legislative strategies. As senior counsel, he represents clients as a member of the firm’s Energy & Natural Resources industry team. Bob has served on the boards of directors of seven publicly traded companies and was elected chairman of the board of two New York Stock Exchange companies and three other publicly listed companies. George McGrew
George was Executive Vice President, Secretary, and General Counsel of Deffenbaugh Industries, Inc. from 2000 through 2009, where he managed the Legal, Insurance, and Financial Assurance (Surety) operations. During this time George was responsible for strategic acquisitions and divestitures, including the sale of Deffenbaugh Industries, Inc. to DLJ Merchant Banking Partners, formerly Credit Suisse’s middle-market leveraged buyout business. George currently serves as a Trustee of the Ronald D. Deffenbaugh, Sr. Foundation and as Vice President of the RDD Family Office.
